Company Profile: In 1920 Mr. Labhu Ram Astir, along with his son Mr. Kahan Chand Astir, started importing Laces, Balloons and fabrics from Italy with the intent of supplying it all over India. The business was solely set up in the pious city of Amritsar. With the sudden demise of Mr. Kahan Chand Astir at a very early age, his three sons joined hands with their grand father, with Mr.Trilok Chand Astir being a major force, to build the empire of Astir laces. In 1959, the original company started launching its product through imported machines, especially from Japan, with its new set up in Delhi. With offices in cities like Amritsar, Delhi and Mumbai they developed a nationwide customer base.
