Company Profile: PVM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1996 as a trading house. In August 1997, it started with a Shearing/ Cutting Unit from Switzerland of Vollenweider make, for dry processing of knitted fabric on job work basis. A modern, well-engineered plant for Stentering, Raising and Shearing was set up in 2001, and Dyeing and Printing Plant was introduced in 2005-06, keeping in mind the present limitations of the fabric processing industry of Ludhiana.

A modern water pollution control unit (ETP) was also set up at the same time, to ensure the release of adequately treated water from the factory premises, which is in compliance with PPCB (Punjab Pollution Control Board) standards and International Standards for Pollution Control. The effluents are being treated with primary physiological effluent treatment plant, leading to biological plant for final discharge.
