Ace Turtle partners with Shoppers Stop to retail G-Star in India

Tech-native retail business Ace Turtle has announced a long-term partnership with India’s largest listed department store operator Shoppers Stop to retail G-Star garments and accessories in India through a range of shop-in-shops.

“This partnership with Shoppers Stop is a key step in our strategy to expand G-Star’s presence in India,” said Ace Turtle’s CEO Nitin Chhabra in a press release. “With Shoppers Stop’s strong retail network and customer base, coupled with our technology-driven omni-channel capabilities, we are confident of unlocking the brand’s full potential and catering to the evolving fashion aspirations of Indian consumers.”

Shoppers Stop has launched G-Star shop-in-shops across 24 of its department stores in cities including New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Siliguri, and Pune among others.

Over the coming months, the businesses plan to add G-Star goods to more Shoppers Stop locations while continuing to harness Ace Turtle’s technology-led retail expertise to bring the Dutch casual wear brand to more Indian shoppers.
