NORTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. – Building on its Eastman House Heritage collection’s sustainability story, Bedding Industries of America is making moves to offer a stronger organic story to the lineup.
The company’s Heritage coil-on-coil mattress now features a 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton cover. Available in firm, medium and plush, the 14-inch adjustable base friendly mattress features Bedding Industries of America’s patented Spinal Zone technology and its Lumbar Zone quilting.
The company introduced the Heritage collection in January.
“A growing number of retailers and consumers are gravitating towards mattresses that feature natural materials when looking for a new sleeping surface or to fill retail floors,” said Phil Carlitz, chief operating officer. “By upgrading the cotton cover on this collection, we hope to continue to power our sustainability story and evolve our mattress collections to fit the growing demand for natural components in today’s bedding landscape.”
The mattress is designed to retail at $1,499 in queen.
