Reliance Retail's Yousta enters Karnataka with Bijapur store launch

Reliance Retail has opened its first Yousta store in the state of Karnataka, located on Lingadagudi Road in Bijapur. The new store retails Yousta’s selection of youthful, value driven fashion with weekly launches from its ‘Starring Now’ line.

After opening stores in Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Kerala, and Maharashtra, Yousta now has an address in Karnataka, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. The Bijapur store retails both men’s and women’s apparel and accessories and displays prices of value items throughout the bright, modern store.

Reliance Retail opened its first ever store for Yousta at the end of August this year in Hyderabad’s Sarath City Mall, the business announced in a press release shared on Facebook. The store opened with self check out counters, QR enabled information screens, complimentary wifi, and charging stations for devices. The business has since opened stores in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh and Edappal, Kerala in September and made its brick-and-mortar debut in Mumbai in October.

Yousta announced that it plans to open between 200 and 250 physical stores to establish a strong retail presence across India. The brand is designed to compete with other large-scale, value-focused labels which are growing in number to tap into the increasing demand for affordable branded apparel, especially in non-metro areas.
