Socks brand Bonjour aims to reach a revenue total of Rs 175 crore in the 2025 financial year as it works to increase its market share in the Indian premium socks sector up from 22% at present to 30% in the coming two years.
“Our journey began with significant financial hurdles, but we soon learnt that adaptability is key; challenges are merely opportunities in disguise,” said Bonjour’s managing director Rajkumar Jain, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “At Bonjour we embrace vision, leverage our strengths, take calculated risks, and remain dedicated to our long-term goals.”
The business’ revenue totalled Rs 143 crore in the 2024 fiscal year and it is experiencing a steady growth trajectory. Keen to solidify its position in the socks market, Bonjour is also working on boosting its production capacity and increasing brand visibility.
In the coming two to three years, Bonjour plans to double its production capacity to meet the demands of its increasing customer base. The business currently produces 95% of its raw materials at its own facilities and focuses on using sustainable manufacturing procedures.
Bonjour retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store along with 17,000 retail touch points across the country. Self funded since its establishment, the brand does not have any plans to explore private equity investments in the near future but remains open to the possibility of an initial public offering.
