Established in Jaipur, Sri Ramraghav Ecomills Private Limited, manufactures superior quality high tenacity recycled polyester staple fibres and PET flakes. An installed capacity of 65 TPD and Flakes with 100 TPD from Post Consumer PET Bottle Recycling (PCPR). They have implemented the latest Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) module to achieve the best performance and quality.
They are currently adding top of the line technology and machinery from Germany to put in use for sorting technology to achieve higher standards with better grinding systems. Sri Ramraghav Ecomills Private Limited breathes life into 5 million used PET bottles every day with minimum impurities and contamination.
Their unit is equipped with a Washline capacity of 35,000 metric tonnes per annum. They upcycle PET bottles into PET flakes & Recycled Polyester Staple Fibres (RPSF).
Their RPSF consistently meets top notch standards and certifications to produce Highest Tenacity Solid Fibre, Dope Dyed Fibre and Hollow Conjugated Fibre.
They provide RPSF in a wide variety ranging from 1.0 Denier to 20.0 denier in varieties cut lengths ranging from 28 mm, 32 mm, 38 mm, 44 mm, 51 mm & 64 mm. They deliver rPET Flakes quality from 50 ppm.
