Superdry launches new Pune store in Phoenix Mall of the Millennium

Apparel and accessories brand Superdry has launched a 2,437 square foot store in Pune to bolster its growing retail presence in Maharashtra. Located in the city’s Phoenix Mall of the Millennium, the exclusive brand outlet has a youthful, sporty aesthetic.

“It’s time to unleash your inner adventurer,” announced Phoenix Mall of the Millennium on Facebook, revealing the new Superdry store. “Discover bold styles that let you be unapologetically you at Superdry, now open on the upper ground floor of Mall of the Millennium.”

The store launched in partnership with Reliance Brands Limited, which retails Superdry products in the Indian market. The Reliance Industries Limited business recently signed an agreement with Superdry to enter into a joint venture and acquire Superdry’s intellectual property assets for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh while continuing to retail the brands in all three countries.

“We’re thrilled to bring Superdry’s iconic style to Phoenix Mall of the Millennium,” announced Reliance Brands Limited on Linkedin. The outlet retails men’s and women’s casual apparel as well as bags, fashion accessories, and footwear among other products.

Superdry is known for its graphic style and mixture of trend driven and utilitarian aesthetics. The brand is now present in over 50 Indian cities and plans to continue to expand its footprint.
