The technical textiles expansion project of Candour Techtex Ltd is on track and is expected to start commercial production in the month of April 2023.
The construction of building and measuring about 55,000 sq.ft. on industrial land in Malegaon Textile Park for the new technical textiles project is almost complete and installation of various machines like the coating machine, flocking machine, laboratory coating machine and lamination machine is in progress.
The Mumbai-based company informed that it has got firm enquiries for its black-out fabrics from reputed manufacturers of furnishing fabrics and enquiries for specially laminated and coated defence products like high altitude clothing, army tents, hazmat suits, bulletproof jackets, fire blankets, mountain safety ropes, flame retardant apparel, military/defence clothes and other speciality fabrics.
The company is a leading textile machinery manufacturer of two-for-one twisting machines (TFO) since 1990 in technical collaboration with South Korean company for blue chip textile mills.
