Vardhman Textiles' net profits jumps 18.31% in FY25 Q4 ended March 2025

Vardhman Textiles reported an 18.31% year-on-year increase in net profit for the quarter ending March 2025, reaching Rs 237.31 crore up from Rs 200.59 crore in the same quarter last year. The business' quarterly sales rose by 2% to Rs 2508.57 crore, compared to Rs 2459.41 crore in the March 2024 quarter.

For the full financial year ending March 2025, Vardhman Textiles posted a 39.85% rise in net profit at Rs 883.27 crore, against Rs 631.59 crore recorded the previous year, Apparel Resources India reported. The Ludhiana-based company is a vertically integrated manufacturer with operations spanning yarn, fabric, and garment production. Vardhman Textiles counts itself among India’s largest textile producers, with a product portfolio that features sustainable processes. Its clientele includes major retailers across the US, Europe, Asia, and emerging markets.

Vardhman Group, established in 1965 and incorporated as Vardhman Spinning & General Mills in 1962, is involved in the production and trade of yarn, processed fabric, sewing thread, acrylic fibre, and alloy steel. The group undertakes numerous charitable initiatives and recently held an artificial limb distribution drive in Mandideep. 

"Vardhman Textiles Limited, Mandideep, took a significant step in its corporate social responsibility journey by organising an event aimed at supporting differently-abled individuals," announced the business on Facebook.

"The initiative, which took place at Anant Spinning Mills, Mandideep, focused on distributing high-quality artificial limbs to those in need, helping restore mobility and independence. A total of 11 beneficiaries from the Raisen and Sehore districts were selected for the distribution."
