New York – Welspun has signed with celebrated interior designer Jeremiah Brent to create a branded collection of bedding and bath.
The founder of the Jeremiah Brent Design firm recently joined the cast of the global hit Netflix series “Queer Eye.” Brent first captured public attention in the 2017 TLC series “Nate & Jeremiah by Design,” a reality show he starred in alongside his husband, designer Nate Berkus. He was also the event designer in the 2020 Netflix reality series “Say I Do.”
His home textile collection with Welspun blends traditional and modern elements to create sophisticated yet approachable design for the primary bed and bath suite. Drawing inspiration from Brent’s life experiences, the collection honors his roots in the California coast as well as his life in New York City.
“Jeremiah is ‘right time/right place’ as far as we’re concerned,” said Chris Mooney, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Welspun. “Not only is his point of view so relevant, and fresh at the same time, but the additional opportunities surrounding the on-air timing of Season 9 of QE add valuable awareness to the already-legitimate launch. Social selling and content will be rich.”
The Jeremiah Brent collection, Mooney added, is tied together with a sophisticated neutral palette and imagery from nature. Casually layered textures in natural materials add warmth and depth to the assortment.
“All parties, Jeremiah, his team, our creative and marketing groups committed to bringing this together even before agreements were signed because we are all so passionate about it. And the collection is spectacular,” said Mooney.
Brent echoed the sentiment.
“My first meeting with the Welspun team left me incredibly excited and inspired to craft a collection that could live beautifully in anyone’s home,” the designer stated. “With references to nature and nods to the classics, we’ve been able to create pieces that will stand the test of time and bridge the gap between artistry and accessibility.”
