GLOBATE LM 2259 is a retarding agent for dyeing acrylic and its blends (fibre, yarn, fabric, a garment with cationic dyes). It has a high affinity for acrylic fibres. It regulates the strike rate of cationic dyes by competing with dyes for active groups in the fibre. The product is used for levelling faulty dyeings on acrylics. Acrylic fibres can be dyed in either batch or by a continuous process.
