Roofsol Energy has commissioned one of the largest single site Rooftop Solar Project in India of capacity 10 MWp at @sportkingindia Ltd, Bathinda, Punjab.

The plant was completed in record time of 4 months including statutory approvals and is one of the earliest project under newly introduced Net Billing policy of Government of Punjab at 66 KV feeder.

18500 nos of High efficiency Trina 550 Wp MonoPerc modules and 77 nos of Sungrow 100 KW Inverters have been used in this installation.

In addition, approx 100 km of DC cables are laid in this project to carry the DC power from modules to the inverters.

The plant is expected to generate 13.5 million units of electricity in the first year and replace greenhouse gases by 14,000 tonnes annually.
